These Vintage Flower Wet Room Vinyl Wall Tiles - 6 Pack 30.5cm x 30.5cm provide a stunning aesthetic to a ceramic wall tile installation. The protective backside film on both sides of the tile ensures watertight joints, and outer edges should be sealed with silicon for when placed in a wet room.  The tiles are steam-resistant, no grout is required, and with an easy wipe-clean feature, they are simple to install - just cut, peel and stick.

Wall tile calculator

  • Divide the area you want to cover in rectangular sections as pictured. Make all measurements in mm.
  • We recommend to add a minimum of 10% wastage to your order. Select your wastage from the drop down menu. As a rule of thumb larger tiles and a more geometric look (e.g. the hexagon tiles that overlaps both horizontally and vertically) require a higher waste percentage.
  • The calculator base the calculations on the tiles being applied in the direction as pictured of the single tile sheet. If you intend to position your tiles in the opposite direction, simply swap width with height.

Application

  1. Before you start: Place the wet room vinyl wall tiles in the room at least 48h before application at room temperature ( 20-22°C)
  2. Prepare the application surface: The surface must be clean, even, free of dust, oil and grease, and permanently dry. Level out any unevenness with a filler.
  3. Application: Peel off the backing paper from the overhanging backing film and stick the tile to the wall. Glue the next wall tile overlapping the overhang of the previous tile edge to edge.
  4. Cut to size: If necessary, cut the wall tiles to size. To do this, position a rule and run the cutter knife along it two or three times.
  5. Seal: The backside film is protruding on two sides and ensures watertight joints.Be sure to seal all outer edges with silicone, especially in wet rooms. This prevents moisture from penetrating. Air the room well afterwards.

Maintenance

Clean the tiles with a light, commercially available liquid cleaner or soapy water. Then rinse thoroughly with clear water.
Caution: Avoid acetone, mineral spirits and direct heat at all costs.
