   2. A reference to "we", "our" or "us" means Vinyl Home.
   3. A reference to "you" or "your" means a Customer, any person or organisation who takes purchases or possession of the products, any person to whom charges are to be billed, or any other person visiting or using the Vinyl Home website.
   4. A reference to "product(s)", "item(s)", "good(s)" or "film(s)" means the products as described in clause 3.
   5. A reference to "service(s)" means services as described in clause 3.
   6. A reference to "our website" means "vinylhome.co.nz" and "vinylhome.com.au", operated under one common entity.

1. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and these changes will be deemed to be immediately incorporated into and form part of these terms and conditions. By continuing to visit and use our website and purchase our products and services, you will signify your agree ment to be bound by the amended terms and conditions. 3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

1. Vinyl Home is a proud online supplier specializing in home improvement products for the New Zealand and Australian markets. Our primary product ranges include:
   • Self-Adhesive Vinyl and Decorative Films
   • Self-Adhesive 3D Wall Tiles and Premium Composite Tiles
   • Window Film and Window Decoration Solutions
   • Vinyl Wallpaper and Specialty Wall Coverings
   • Anti-Slip Grips and Shelf Liners
2. Specific product details, brands (such as d-c-fix® and Smart Tiles®), application, and warnings are described in detail on the relevant product pages of our website.

1. Our product prices are displayed on our website in your local currency: New Zealand Dollars (NZD) for New Zealand and Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australia.

2. Regional Price Parity Disclosure:

   We operate using a simplified regional pricing model where the numerical price is set to be the same across both Australia and New Zealand (e.g., a product listed at $10 NZD is also listed at $10 AUD). Please note this pricing reflects a fixed commercial rate set by Vinyl Home and may not align with the daily floating market currency exchange rates.

3. Tax and Currency:

   • New Zealand Orders (.co.nz): All prices are stated in NZD and are inclusive of the 15% New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).
   • Australian Orders (.com.au): All prices are stated in AUD and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), as we are registered for and remit Australian GST (ABN: 97 480 630 544).
   • Orders over AUD $1,000 attract Australian import duties and processing fees payable by the recipient.
4. Orders will be processed and finalized in the currency displayed to you (NZD or AUD). We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted and dispatched.
5. We accept the following major payment methods at checkout:
   • Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
   • Express Payment Methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)
   • "Buy Now, Pay Later" Services (such as Afterpay)
   • Union Pay

   Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and its supported third-party gateways (including Stripe, where applicable). We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted and dispatched.

6. We reserve the right to amend our prices, products, and services at any time, without prior notice. We guarantee we will not change the price for a product after you have completed the purchase.
7. We reserve the right to reject an order for any reason, including:
   • The product ordered being unavailable from stock;
   • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment; or
   • The identification of a genuine pricing or product description error.

1. Promotions and sales are not valid together.
2. Only one promotion can be used in a single order. Gift vouchers are excluded from offers.
3. Discounts shown online apply only to full price products.
4. Reductions are already reflected on prices listed on the website.
5. Newsletter Sign-Up Offer: You will receive a welcome discount coupon after signing up to our newsletter. This offer is available on full priced items only and excludes gift card purchases and shipping costs, and is limited to one use per customer.
6. Multi-Buy and Discount Stacking: Buy 1 get the 2nd product half price or 'Buy X Get Y' offers will apply the discount to the lowest priced item(s) in your cart. If a promotional code is used in conjunction with another active offer (such as a multi-buy deal), the system will automatically apply the single greatest discount, as only one promotion can be used per order.

1. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
   
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with label, and in its original packaging. If the seal of the packaging has been broken we cannot accept your return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Visit our refund policy to start a return.

4. We recommend that you purchase a sample if you are unsure about a product

1. We do our very best to ensure that all our orders are well-packed when leaving our warehouse, but sometimes accidents happen. Don't panic!
2. Notify us at hello@vinylhome.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged or faulty item and include:
   1. Pictures of the damaged item(s); and
   2. Your invoice number; and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
3. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.
4. Refunds do not apply to the original cost of postage, packaging and gift-wrapping.
5. We will aim to refund your order within a week.
6. We may request to physically inspect any faulty or damaged items. If we deem that the items have been damaged or used by the Customer the items will not be accepted as faulty.
7. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Items will only be dispatched for delivery after payment in full has been received by us.
2. We aim to process and send all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment. However, this 1 working day dispatch turnaround is a goal only, and we make no guarantee that all orders will be processed and sent within 1 working day.
3. Our delivery prices are set out on the delivery page of our website. We reserve the right to amend these prices at any time.
4. Fulfillment Transparency: All orders for both New Zealand and Australian customers are dispatched from our New Zealand stockroom.

1. Application and removal of our products, including self-adhesive vinyl, window film, wallpaper, wall tiles, and anti-slip grips, should be carried out strictly in accordance with instructions or information provided on our website.
2. Application and removal of our products is undertaken at the risk of the Customer. We disclaim all liability and responsibility for any damage to furniture, walls, or surfaces as a result of the application or removal of our products.
3. You are liable for and will indemnify us for any claims made by a third party arising from your use of our products or services.
4. Vinyl Home shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way.
5. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
6. Statutory Rights Note: Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any non-excludable statutory rights or warranties to which the consumer is entitled under New Zealand or Australian consumer protection legislation (including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the Australian Consumer Law).

In addition, since all our films are printed there might be a small colour variation be tween rolls. We recommend that you order all the film you require for the project at the same time to make sure they are sent from the same roll.

If either party has any dispute with the other in connection with any goods or services provided by Vinyl Home, then that party shall s et out their dispute clearly in writing and promptly deliver notice of the dispute to the other parties. The parties shall meet together in good fa ith to resolve it within 5 working days of notice of the dispute being received.
2. If after meeting together the parties are unable to resolve their dispute, the dispute will be referred to mediation. The mediator will be chosen by agreement between the parties, or if they cannot agree, by the President of the New Zealand Law Society or the President's nominee.
3. If the parties are unable to resolve their dispute by mediation, the dispute will be referred to an arbitrator. The arbitrator will be chosen by agreement between the parties, or if they cannot agree, by the President of the New Zealand Law Society or the President's nominee.
4. The parties will at all times act in good faith and cooperate with each other to resolve the dispute.
