As we ship from our New Zealand warehouse, orders entering Australia are subject to Australian Border Force regulations.
Orders Over $1,000 AUD: These are classified as a "Formal Entry" by the Australian Government. You will be responsible for paying import duties, an additional border GST, and carrier processing fees upon arrival.
GST & Double Taxation: Our website automatically charges GST at checkout. For orders over $1,000, this may result in being charged GST twice (once by us and once at the border).
Manual GST-Free Orders: If you are placing an order over $1,000, please contact us before purchasing. We can create a manual invoice for you that excludes GST to prevent double-taxation.

Please Note for Australian Oversized Deliveries: Aramex is currently the only economically feasible option for shipping these 120cm+ lengths to Australia, as alternative carriers are generally $100+ more expensive. However, please be aware that Aramex can experience major transit delays on these specific oversized routes.
If you are an Australian customer purchasing 120cm+ rolls and require a faster delivery time, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to provide you with a custom quote for an alternative courier.
Carrier Preferences If you have a specific preference (or wish for us to avoid a particular carrier), please state this clearly in the "Order Notes" field during checkout.
