As we ship from our New Zealand warehouse, orders entering Australia are subject to Australian Border Force regulations.
For pre-orders we give an estimated time when your product will ship. Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item at the same time as other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive in stock items sooner, please create a separate order for them.
Once you complete your order it will automatically feed through to our order processing team. They process orders as they come through which means we can't alter an order or address when it's been confirmed.
Please make sure that you've got your shipping address up to date. For some payment options (like express payment) and if you hold an account with us this information will be pre set at checkout.

Oversized Items (120cm+ Rolls to Australia): All extra-wide rolls measuring 120cm or longer must be shipped via Aramex due to strict size restrictions with other international carriers.
Please Note for Australian Oversized Deliveries: Aramex is currently the only economically feasible option for shipping these 120cm+ lengths to Australia, as alternative carriers are generally $100+ more expensive. However, please be aware that Aramex can experience major transit delays on these specific oversized routes.
If you are an Australian customer purchasing 120cm+ rolls and require a faster delivery time, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to provide you with a custom quote for an alternative courier.
Carrier Preferences If you have a specific preference (or wish for us to avoid a particular carrier), please state this clearly in the "Order Notes" field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though choosing a non-standard carrier for your route may incur an additional fee.
