Order processing time
We will process and send all products from Auckland, New Zealand, within 1 working day of you placing your order and making payment in full.
Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day. If for any reason we are unable to meet this 24 hour dispatch turnaround we will contact you as soon as possible.
We use boxes for larger orders so your products come to you in a safe and professional manner. For sample orders we use courier bags. You will receive an email with a tracking code as soon as the courier has picked up your parcel.

As we ship from our New Zealand warehouse, orders entering Australia are subject to Australian Border Force regulations.

Orders Over $1,000 AUD: These are classified as a "Formal Entry" by the Australian Government. You will be responsible for paying import duties, an additional border GST, and carrier processing fees upon arrival.

GST & Double Taxation: Our website automatically charges GST at checkout. For orders over $1,000, this may result in being charged GST twice (once by us and once at the border).

Manual GST-Free Orders: If you are placing an order over $1,000, please contact us before purchasing. We can create a manual invoice for you that excludes GST to prevent double-taxation.
Express Shipping Requests

- In the "Order Notes" section at checkout, type: "Please provide a quote for Express Shipping."
- Complete your order with standard shipping.
- We will calculate the extra cost and contact you with a quote. If you choose to proceed, we will send a separate link for the remaining balance.
Pre-orders
For pre-orders we give an estimated time when your product will ship. Please note that if you purchase a pre-order item at the same time as other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive in stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.
Change of address
Once you complete your order it will automatically feed through to our order processing team. They process orders as they come through, which means we can't alter an order or address once an order has been finalised.
For this reason please make sure that your shipping address is up to date. For some payment options (like express payment) and if you already have an account with us this information will be preset at checkout, so please ensure it is correct.

Oversized Items (120cm+ Rolls to Australia): All extra-wide rolls measuring 120cm or longer must be shipped via Aramex due to strict size restrictions with other international carriers.
Please Note for Australian Oversized Deliveries: Aramex is currently the only economically feasible option for shipping these 120cm+ lengths to Australia, as alternative carriers are generally $100+ more expensive. However, please be aware that Aramex can experience major transit delays on these specific oversized routes.
If you are an Australian customer purchasing 120cm+ rolls and require a faster delivery time, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to provide you with a custom quote for an alternative courier.
Carrier Preferences If you have a specific preference (or wish for us to avoid a particular carrier), please state this clearly in the "Order Notes" field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though choosing a non-standard carrier for your route may incur an additional fee.
