What Not to Use in Your Shower
We’re often asked if our peel-and-stick wall tiles can be used inside a shower. The short answer is no. While splash-proof, these tiles are not designed to be submerged or exposed to ongoing moisture. Water will eventually break down the adhesive around the edges, allowing it to seep underneath — even faster in high-humidity areas.
Although sealing every edge with silicone might sound like a fix, this method isn’t reliable long-term. It also creates visible joints and increases the risk of mould build-up. That’s why we don’t recommend wall tiles inside showers.
Where can they be used?
Our peel-and-stick wall tiles can be used around baths and vanities — as long as the area isn’t exposed to running water, like in a standalone bath (not shower-over-bath setups).
